Job Summary
Are you a skilled welder looking to take your craft to the next level in a high-quality manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Welder to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us produce high-quality welded components that meet precise engineering and production standards.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Welder, your core responsibilities will include:
● Set up and calibrate welding equipment: Adjust parameters to ensure optimal performance and quality output
● Produce welded components: Follow blueprints and job specifications to meet production standards
● Perform inspections: Conduct first-piece inspections and verify weld quality meets required standards

In addition, you will also be expected to perform preventative maintenance, change tips, clean equipment, and move materials safely throughout your shift.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
● Minimum 8th-grade education or higher
● Two years of manufacturing experience, or one year of experience in a welding/manufacturing environment
● MIG welding experience required; knowledge of computerized welding equipment helpful
● Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial truck certification
