Are you a motivated and skilled welder looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a MIG Welder to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations by fabricating custom industrial HVAC equipment from the ground up using engineering drawings. This is a hands-on role where fabrication is key, and each unit is uniquely built without step-by-step instructions.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Welder, your key responsibilities will include fabricating custom HVAC units by MIG welding structural components such as tube and angle to create unit frames, welding 10–18 gauge sheet steel to complete unit exteriors, and reading and interpreting mechanical engineering prints to determine fabrication steps and layout. Additionally, you may be asked to use a variety of hand tools, operate overhead cranes and Hi-Lo equipment, communicate with other departments, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety requirements while working overtime as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, required MIG welding experience (weld test required), ability to read engineering prints, and availability for overtime.

Skills: Strong fabrication skills to build units from start to finish, problem-solving ability to determine fabrication sequence without step-by-step instructions, and mechanical aptitude to safely operate tools and equipment.
