Job Summary
Are you passionate about woodworking and craftsmanship? Do you enjoy working with power tools and creating precision finishes? If so, we want you to join our team as a Finish Carpenter in Madison Heights. In this role, you will work with a variety of woodworking materials and tools to produce high-quality finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Use woodworking tools including routers, table saws, sliding table saws, power drills, nailers, and sanders
• Read and follow shop drawings and written instructions
• Measure and cut materials accurately (plywood, MDF, hardwoods, and plastics)
• Perform finishing carpentry tasks with attention to detail
• Maintain tool cleanliness and perform basic maintenance
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for the entire shift

Skills & Competencies:
• Experience using a variety of woodworking tools
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
• Strong measurement and cutting accuracy
• Understanding of wood species and quality standards
• Experience with basic tool maintenance
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with signage or graphics materials is a plus
• Experience using a variety of woodworking tools
