W hat You’ll Be Doing
• Operate and assist with mill and woodworking equipment
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Read tape measures and perform accurate measurements
• Assist with cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
• Support additional production duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
• Previous mill working experience preferred
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills & Competencies:
• Knowledge and utilization of hand and power tools
• Woodworking experience preferred
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to read and write in English
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
