Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Miscellaneous Operator to join our team in Muskegon, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us produce high-quality components efficiently while contributing to a smooth manufacturing workflow.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Miscellaneous Operator, your core responsibilities will include:

Assembly: Assemble components according to work instructions, ensuring quality standards are met.

Drilling: Operate drilling equipment to prepare parts for assembly.

PEM Machine Operation: Run a PEM insertion machine accurately and safely.
In addition, you will also be expected to inspect parts using basic measurement tools and assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:

Some prior manufacturing experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome

Ability to read prints and use calipers is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:

Attention to Detail: Ensure components meet quality standards and follow assembly instructions.

Mechanical Aptitude: Comfort working with hand tools, machinery, and basic equipment.

Teamwork: Work effectively with others in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
