Workbox Staffing is hiring for a Mold Maker in Sheridan, MI.
Qualifications:
● High School Diploma / GED
● Able to work 10-12 hours a day and able to work overtime (weekends) when needed
● Able to lift 50 pounds
● Mold maker certificate or 8 years of experience
● Ability to obtain a hi-lo license
● Ability to supply own tools Skills:
● Proficient knowledge of mold-making techniques, materials, and processes
● Skilled in operating and programming computer-controlled machinery, such as CNC milling machines, lathes, or grinders.
In this role, you will construct mold components, and alter, maintain, and repair molds, dies, fixtures, and tools. Maintains machinery, programming CNC and assisting manufacturing and maintaining mold PM as required. You will operate mills, surface grinders and lathes.
You will be required to participate in the continuous improvement process as well as the correction action process for programs having productivity and quality issues.
