Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Operator to join our team in Rockford, MI. In this role, you'll play a key part in producing high-quality office chair components using recycled materials for global distribution.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Plastic Injection Molding Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Machine Operation: Operate plastic injection molding machines to support production needs.
- Quality Control: Inspect parts to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Production Support: Perform repetitive tasks efficiently to maintain production flow.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts
- Previous plastic injection molding experience
Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Ensure product quality and consistency.
- Teamwork: Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic Math & Communication: Read, write, and perform basic calculations as needed.
- Must be mechanically inclined
