Job Summary
Are you a motivated, hands-on individual looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing? We’re seeking a Mold Repair / Production Technician to join our team in Le Roy, MI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting rubber injection molding operations while receiving on-the-job training toward CNC or Tool & Die skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Mold Repair / Production Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating molding and production equipment: Assisting with rubber injection molding machines to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
- General labor and mold support tasks: Performing hands-on work that supports mold repair, maintenance, and overall production flow.
- Quality and process support: Monitoring work for accuracy and consistency while maintaining attention to detail.
In addition, you will be expected to assist with training and development activities aimed at advancing into CNC or Tool & Die roles.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required — willing to train the right candidate
- Basic math skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and Sundays

- Mechanical aptitude: Important for understanding machines and tools used in molding and repair processes.
- Attention to detail: Ensures quality, safety, and consistency in daily production tasks.
- Work ethic and reliability: Essential for maintaining pace in a medium-to-fast production environment.
