Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Mold Setter
to support plastic injection molding operations. In this role, you will be responsible for setting molds, starting presses, and ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining quality standards. This position is ideal for someone with strong processing experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Set molds and start presses according to process guidelines
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues
• Coordinate with team members on upcoming jobs and scheduling
• Ensure all tools and equipment are ready for mold changes
• Perform mold setup, startup, shutdown, and proper storage
• Ensure proper documentation and process adherence
• Maintain product traceability and quality standards

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of plastic injection molding and mold setting experience
• Strong understanding of plastics processing and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and process sheets
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, or similar)
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends
