1st (Mon-Fri 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Pay:
$16/hr.
Job Summary

In this role, you'll be responsible for operating injection molding machines, including unloading, handling, trimming, and inspecting molded products. You will also play a key role in maintaining product quality and preventing nonconformities in the production process. This is a great chance for someone seeking a permanent career path.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Mold Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Machine Operation: Operate molding machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Material Handling: Unload molded parts and separate multiple part shots, placing parts into proper containers.
- Finishing Work: Trim molded parts, deburr, and perform any additional processing as needed.
- Quality Control: Visually inspect molded parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Production Support: Work at different workstations as needed and assist with additional equipment such as parts washers, paint booths, building assemblies, or machine shop tools.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or molding environment preferred.
- Basic inspection knowledge and familiarity with quality standards.
- Strong manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow all company policies and adapt to evolving job responsibilities.
Skills:
Attention to Detail: Ability to visually inspect parts and identify defects.
Mechanical Aptitude: Comfort working with machinery and production equipment.
Efficiency: Ability to keep up with production pace while maintaining quality.
