Location: Rockford, MI Shift: 3rd Shift Pay: $16.50 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your key responsibilities will include operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machines to ensure smooth and efficient production, learning and using material-moving equipment to support daily operations, and meeting physical job requirements by lifting up to 35 pounds throughout the day. Additionally, you’ll work to maintain quality standards, keep a steady pace, and support overall production goals.

Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift, basic reading and math skills, and ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Skills: Organizational skills to stay efficient and accurate, a strong sense of urgency to keep production moving, self-starter mindset to work independently, and good dexterity for hands-on machine operation.
