Location: Lake Odessa, MI Shift: Night Shift (6pm–6am, 2-2-3 schedule) Pay: $17.50 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Furnace Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
● Maintaining a clean and safe work area: Ensuring the workspace is organized and hazard-free.
● Loading scrap aluminum into furnaces: Supporting continuous production flow by feeding material into the smelting process.
● Monitoring the smelting process: Keeping a close eye on temperatures, flow, and equipment to ensure quality output.
● Maintaining essential equipment: Performing basic upkeep to keep operations running smoothly.
In addition, you will also be expected to contribute to a team-oriented environment and adapt to process changes as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● Flexible and willing to learn, especially about aluminum smelting
● Ability to lift 50 lbs or more consistently
● Comfortable working in a HOT work environment
