Responsibilities
Financial and Accounting Support
● Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions utilizing QuickBooks
● Compile and maintain various financial reports
● Utilize QuickBooks Platinum software with several years of hands-on experience required

Administrative Management
● Manage general office administration including filing, printing, and scanning
● Maintain and organize electronic files and back-up documentation
● Handle general office troubleshooting and organization
● Assist with HR-related administrative tasks
● Complete assignments independently in a prompt and reliable manner

Customer and Sales Support

Key Qualifications
● Several years of hands-on QuickBooks Platinum experience required
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
