Office & E-Commerce Assistant, $15/hr – Durand, MI – 1st Shift

Qualifications:
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment with multiple phone lines.
Skills:
- Answer and manage multiple incoming phone lines (up to 4).
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Update online inventory and assist with order processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient with basic computer programs and comfortable learning new systems.
As an Office & E-Commerce Assistant, you’ll be the front line of communication for a busy farm equipment repair shop. You’ll manage calls, assist walk-in customers, respond to social media messages, and support the e-commerce side of the business by updating listings and handling orders. This role is ideal for someone who can multitask, stay organized, and provide friendly, helpful service in a fast-moving environment. After your time with Workbox, you will be considered for hire-in!
