Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Prior experience with accounting, office management, or administrative support
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Skills:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management
  • Strong clerical and administrative skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer communication
  • Ability to reconcile credit card and bank statements
  • Ability to maintain accurate payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable records

As an Office Manager, not only will you oversee the daily operations of the office, but you’ll also manage accounting functions in QuickBooks, handle payroll processing, reconcile bank statements, arrange logistics for shipments, order parts, and support marketing and sales efforts. Depending on business needs, duties may include job tracking, maintaining organizational systems, and ensuring smooth communication across the company. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term or a long-term fit.
