Workbox Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Order Selector for one of the largest auto parts distribution companies in Michigan. This role involves operating an order picker forklift and performing key warehouse functions to ensure products move safely, efficiently, and accurately throughout the facility to support production and shipping.

This role involves operating an order picker forklift and performing key warehouse functions to ensure products move safely, efficiently, and accurately throughout the facility to support production and shipping.
Responsibilities
• Operate an order picker forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks and other transport vehicles
• Scan, sort, label, and inventory products accurately using an RF scanner
• Track product movement and maintain accurate inventory records
• Rotate stock as required
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any damage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety standards and procedures

• 2–3 years of experience operating an order picker forklift
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines
