Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pack Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a critical part in the final stage of our production process by ensuring aluminum products are properly handled, inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow standardized procedures, and a commitment to maintaining product quality.

Responsibilities for the Pack Associate Opening
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
- Safely and efficiently pack products according to company and customer specifications
- Label and prepare materials for shipping and distribution
- Operate packaging and material handling equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and report any production issues to supervisors
Key Qualifications for Pack Associate Openings
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and reading skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills for Pack Associate Openings
- Experience with measuring devices such as calipers and tape measures
- Familiarity with packaging processes and shipping requirements
