Job Summary

What You'll Be Doing
As a Pack Tech, your core responsibilities will include:
Inspecting and packing products: Ensure all parts meet quality specifications and standards before packaging.
Maintaining case sequence and labeling: Apply case labels accurately and keep proper numerical order.
Supporting material flow: Verify material for disposal and regrind; remove tubs of recyclable material from the floor.
In addition, you will also be expected to print work orders and labels, process skid/hold tags, participate in audits, and perform Oracle transactions as needed.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to pass a vision test including: visual acuity (corrected vision of at least 20/40), peripheral, and depth perception
- Basic math, computer, and mechanical skills
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Proven ability to work independently
Other Physical Requirements:
- Bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, twisting
- Standing for long periods of time
- Visual acuity testing
- Ability to read, write, and calculate
Skills:
- Attention to detail: To ensure quality and accuracy in packaging and labeling.
- Independent work ethic: To stay productive and self-directed during shift hours.
- Basic mechanical and computer skills: To operate machinery and systems efficiently.
