Job Summary

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring thermoformed products are inspected, labeled, and packed accurately. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Pack Tech, your responsibilities will include:
Production & Quality
- Inspect and pack products to ensure all parts meet quality specifications.
- Maintain proper case sequence and apply labels with accuracy.
- Print work orders and labels as needed.
- Process skid/hold tags and complete Oracle transactions.
Material Handling
- Verify material for disposal and regrind.
- Remove tubs of recyclable material from the production floor.
- Participate in internal audits when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Ability to pass a vision test including:
- Visual acuity (corrected vision of at least 20/40)
- Peripheral vision
- Depth perception

- Basic math, computer, and mechanical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
- Bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, twisting
- Standing for long periods of time
- Visual acuity for detailed inspection
- Ability to read, write, and calculate
Skills
- Attention to detail – Ensuring accuracy in packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Independent work ethic – Ability to stay productive and self-directed.
- Mechanical & computer aptitude – Comfort operating basic machinery and software systems.
