Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand, walk, and crouch throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Forklift experience required
Skills:
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Comfortable working with mixers, pumps, and packaging equipment
As a Packaging & Pump Operator, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging material into pails or drums once it's ready to ship. You'll use a mixer to blend material, then pump it into the proper containers using automated and manual pump equipment. The role also requires operating a forklift to transport materials, and ensuring that all packaging is done according to standard procedures and safety requirements. You’ll work closely with the production team to maintain accuracy, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the packaging process.
