Packaging Supervisor, $20/hr+   –  3rd Shift  - Norton Shores

A growing company specializing in the manufacturing and development of high-performance adhesives, sealants, and coatings is seeking A Packaging Supervisor to help lead their dynamic team!   This is a 3rd shift position from 10:00pm-6:00am (Monday-Friday.) Overtime will be required. 


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous Supervisory experience is required

  • Previous leadership experience is required

  • Must be able to confidently and effectively lead a team of 8-12 employees

  • Previous glue/adhesive manufacturing experience is recommended

 
Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to do repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. 

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required.

  • GED or High School diploma is required. 

  • Ability to lead a team

  • Must have excellent math skills (measurement, decimals, fraction/conversions.) 

 
Lead a team in a clean, comfortable facility to do packaging work.  Will be preparing specific batches of products to be shipped and sorted according to work instructions and making sure all goods meets production and company standards.  This is a full-time temporary to permanent position.
