Join our production team as a Packaging Technician and help get premium cannabis products ready for dispensary shelves. You’re the last line of defense for quality and compliance — making sure every pre-roll, vape, and flower package is accurate, sealed, and audit-ready before it leaves the facility.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Packaging Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
As a Packaging Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
- Product Finishing & Assembly: Package pre-rolls, vape carts, and flower to exact specs. Apply labels, tamper seals, and authentication stickers across multiple package types with speed and accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect product and packaging for defects, weights, and compliance issues. Catch and correct problems during the process to maintain a consistent, high-end finished good.
- Equipment Operation: Run packaging and labeling machinery. Follow all SOPs and Metrc procedures to ensure 100% state compliance on every unit.
- Organization & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and shared areas. Daily cleaning includes sanitizing surfaces, sweeping, and restocking supplies — cleanliness is non-negotiable.
- Team Production: Keep pace with team goals and daily quotas. Train on new SKUs and processes, follow work instructions, and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and verifying label data
- Strong attention to detail — you’ll be handling compliance-critical tasks
- Able to sit or stand for an 8-hour shift doing repetitive, dexterous work
- Dependable attendance and punctuality — production schedules depend on you
- Must be 21+ years of age per state requirement

This is a fast-paced production environment. You’ll work at a bench or packaging line handling cannabis products.
