Job Summary
Will be working as a crate builder for a company that provides framing, cabinet and raceway extrusion solutions to the sign industry. They make products like the large signs for business that are located in front of the building or suspended high above the streets. The kit assemblers will build crates with hand and power tools. The work is team based and fast paced to ensure deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
- Ability to lift 60lbs.
- Ability to read work orders
- Ability to use hand tools
- Reading and filling out paperwork
- Required to use a tape measurer, weight scale, calculator, and various other tools
- Ability to kneel, bend, walking, carrying and twist for the entire shift
- Other task as required
Preferred Skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to operate a Hilo
- Must be able to use a weight scale
- Basic Math Skills (Add, subtract, multiply and divide)
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
