Position Summary
The Re-Packer is responsible for performing shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory control functions. Duties include kitting, packaging, repacking, labeling, and transporting materials, supplies, and finished goods throughout production using hand pallet jacks. When material handling functions are complete, this position may be assigned to support other production tasks as needed.

Essential Responsibilities
- Repack products according to customer requirements.
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks.
- Pull, kit, and package customer and replacement orders.
- Receive incoming materials, label, scan, and store them in the warehouse.
- Examine, count, and inspect repack materials; verify quantity and document damage or discrepancies.
- Manage inventory within the repack area.
- Package orders per customer requirements.
Non-Essential Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; or 1+ years of related experience/training.
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (preferred).
- Basic computer skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb stairs, and perform frequent lifting.
