What You’ll Be Doing:
- Paint line support: Rack and un-rack parts throughout the powder coating process.
- Material handling:
Send, sort, and pull tubes as needed.
Quality control: Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met. - Team flexibility:
Move between departments when needed to support production.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds on a repetitive basis
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Able to read and write in English
Comfortable working around fumes - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively to meet production goals.
- Communication: Maintain clear and respectful communication with team members.
- Organization:
Stay efficient and detail-oriented while handling multiple tasks.
