The candidate will be working for a company that specializes in E-Coat, Powder Coat, and Liquid Coat. The qualified candidate will be required to load raw products and unload and package painted products from an overhead conveyor system.
Key Outcomes
1. Be at work station organized and ready to work at the beginning of each shift.
2. Follow direction to ensure continuous loading and unloading of product.
3. Move parts to packing station.
4. Maintain and stage all personal equipment (gloves, hangers, hooks, tape, bags, boxes, labels, etc.)
Job Functions
1. Ability to work in a steady, medium to fast pace environment, must be able to adapt to a changing environment.
2. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
3. Must be able and willing to take direction from supervisor during line gaps to ensure optimum performance.
4. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
5. Must be able to lift 35 lbs. throughout the shift
6. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure; must also be able to interpret bar graphs.
7. Must have strong team building skills
Skills & Requirements
1. One year manufacturing preferred.
2. GED or High School Diploma is required.
Dress Code: Jeans, t-shirt, leather shoes and safety glasses. No mini shorts, bare midriffs, tank tops, sandals, etc. No clothing with nudity, symbols, or profanity.

Job DescriptionWorkbox Staffing is looking for a Powder Coater to join a Grand Haven company specializing in E-Coat, Powder Coat, and Liquid Coat. The qualified candidate will load raw products and unload and package painted products from an overhead conveyor system.
What You’ll DoLoad raw products onto an overhead conveyor system.
Unload finished painted products from the conveyor.
Move parts to the packing station.
Package finished products according to specifications.
Keep your workstation organized and ready to go at the beginning of each shift.
Follow direction to keep products moving efficiently through the line.
Maintain and stage necessary equipment and supplies, including gloves, hangers, hooks, tape, bags, boxes, and labels.
Work safely and efficiently in a steady, medium-to-fast-paced environment.
Communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
What We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED required.
One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. throughout the shift.
Ability to work at a steady, medium-to-fast pace and adapt to a changing environment.
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
