Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a Paintline
to join our team in Grand Haven, MI. In this role, you will support daily paint line operations and help keep
production running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Paintline, your core responsibilities will include:
• Load, unload, hang, and remove parts from the production paint line as directed.
• Handle and move materials while maintaining a steady production pace.
• Visually inspect finished parts and report quality concerns.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
In addition, you will assist with other general production duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to perform frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
• Previous manufacturing or paint line experience is helpful but not required.
Skills:
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
