Job Summary
A Fruitport manufacturer specializing in original equipment manufacturing of steel laboratory and office furniture is seeking a Paintline Unloader to join their dynamic team on 3rd shift. If you enjoy active, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Paintline Unloader
team member, your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading steel parts onto and off of the paint line
- Supporting the powder coat process by properly positioning products at the beginning of the line
- Ensuring parts are handled carefully to meet quality and production standards
- Working in a hot, medium- to fast-paced environment
- Meeting daily production goals while maintaining safety standards
- Performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Working independently or as part of a small team to keep the paint line running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous loading and unloading experience is helpful
- Ability to work in hot environments
- Able to work alone or in small teams
- Consistently meet production and quality standards
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 75 lbs as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
