Job Summary
Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building something from the ground up? A full-service packaging company specializing in military and export packaging is looking for a Pallet Builder to join their team in Grand Haven, MI. In this role, you’ll help construct the crates and pallets that protect products as they travel around the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Pallet Builder, your responsibilities will include:

Building custom pallets, crates, and packaging based on customer specifications

Using a variety of hand tools to cut, assemble, and secure materials

Assisting with preparing shipments and meeting quality standards

Supporting overall facility operations, including cleaning and organizing
This role is ideal for someone who values craftsmanship, consistency, and a steady workflow.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:

GED or High School Diploma required

1 year of manufacturing experience preferred

Must have experience using hand tools
Skills:

Ability to safely operate saws, hammers, screwdrivers, and other hand tools

Able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
-
Comfortable working in a steady to fast-paced environment

Ability to adapt to changing needs and tasks
