Job Summary
We are looking for reliable, entry‑level Palletizers to support a production facility in Benton Harbor. This role involves stacking, organizing, and preparing finished products on pallets for shipment. No prior experience required — just strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Stack and organize products onto pallets according to company standards.
- Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment.
- Inspect products for basic quality before palletizing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety rules and production guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- No experience required; training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Able to stand, bend, and move throughout a 10‑hour shift.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
