Part-Time General Labor – Ice Production

Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm on Sundays 

Pay: $16.00/hour 

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a General Laborer – Ice Production to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of operations, helping produce and package reformed ice products in a clean, air-conditioned environment where teamwork matters and you’re more than just a number.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:

● Ice Machine Operation: Operating and monitoring ice-production equipment to ensure steady output and product consistency.
● Packaging & Labeling: Shrink-wrapping and labeling finished goods to prepare them for shipment.
● Cleaning & Housekeeping: Power-washing incoming ice containers and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

In addition, you may also assist with general production tasks and support your team in meeting daily goals.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

● Ability to lift 30 lbs
● Ability to work every Sunday including other days as needed
● Physically fit and able to walk 1,500+ steps per day
● Willingness to learn and work as part of a small team
● Steel-toed boots required

● Detail-Oriented: Ensures products are properly packaged and labeled
● Hard Working: Maintains consistent pace in a fast-moving environment
● Team-Oriented: Works well in a small, collaborative group focused on quality
