Pay:
Up to $25/hr depending on experience

Qualifications:
- Previous toolmaking or precision grinding experience required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to read and understand part drawings and specifications
- High level of manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with working in a fabrication or tool & die environment
- High School Diploma or GED
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Perform hand grinding of parts to precise measurements and tolerances
- Maintain consistent quality and surface finish standards
- Interpret part prints to meet specifications
- Ensure proper use and care of grinding tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with shop team as needed to meet production deadlines
This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired toolmaker or someone seeking part-time hours in a specialized shop environment. You’ll work independently but play a critical role in delivering the high standards our customers expect.
