Your Daily Missions:
Order Picking & Packing
Accurately pick products from designated locations using paper picking lists or handheld devices.
Pack products securely following company guidelines and shipping standards.
Inspect items for accuracy, defects, or damage before packing.
Inventory & Organization
Participate in regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with safety requirements.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
Safety & Equipment
Follow all safety procedures, PPE expectations, and department-specific requirements.
Use material-handling equipment safely and responsibly.
Teamwork & Collaboration
Work closely with shipping, receiving, and warehouse team members to maintain smooth operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department and customer needs.
Culture & Collaboration
Model AGS company values in day-to-day interactions and decision-making.
Participate in teambuilding, training, and company-wide initiatives to strengthen engagement and performance.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Warehouse, pick/pack, or general material-handling experience helpful (training available)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately without barcode scanners
Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
Good hand–eye coordination and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
Forklift certification is a plus (or openness to becoming certified)

Job Summary
Are you a dependable and detail-oriented individual looking for a hands-on warehouse opportunity? We’re seeking a Picker-Packer to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role, you’ll help ensure customer orders are picked accurately, packed securely, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Picker-Packer, your core responsibilities will include:
Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using picking lists or handheld devices.
Pack products securely according to shipping and quality standards.
Inspect products for accuracy, defects, or damage before packing.
Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock.
Help load and unload shipments as needed.
Safely use material-handling equipment as required.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
In addition, you will work closely with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking ForQualifications:
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or material-handling experience is preferred but not required.
Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to become certified.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
