Job Summary
We are looking for a CNC Plasma Operator to join our 3rd shift team! In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC burning equipment to produce high-quality parts according to work orders and specifications. You’ll be an important part of the production process, ensuring parts are accurately cut and safely handled.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC burning equipment to produce high-quality parts according to work orders and specifications. You’ll be an important part of the production process, ensuring parts are accurately cut and safely handled.
Responsibilities for the CNC Plasma Operator Opening
- Program and operate CNC burners
- Load correct plate materials onto the burner
- Burn parts based on work orders
- Deburr and clean burned parts
- Measure and label top and bottom edges
- Stack and organize parts onto skids
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Key Qualifications for CNC Plasma Operator Openings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must be a team player and follow instructions well
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and use all limbs safely and effectively
Preferred Skills for CNC Plasma Operator Openings
- Prior experience operating CNC or plasma burning equipment
- Familiarity with industrial manufacturing environments
- Strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
