Pay: $19–$23/hour
Job Summary
Are you a skilled and motivated individual looking to grow your career in a precision fabrication environment? We’re seeking a Plate Team Member to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, producing high-quality metal components through CNC operations and fabrication support while contributing to efficient workflow and superior product results.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Plate Team Member, your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating CNC equipment: Cutting, shaping, and finishing metal plates according to specifications.
- Inspecting completed parts: Ensuring accuracy and quality using precision measuring tools.
- Reading blueprints and drawings: Interpreting fabrication documents to meet production requirements.
In addition, you will also be expected to operate hi-lo and overhead cranes, assist with problem-solving, and perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior CNC operating experience required.
- Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with fabrication processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Team-oriented with solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork.
- Commitment to maintaining quality standards and a clean work environment.
