Location: Holland, MI Pay: $17-$19/hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking
a Powder Coat Front of Line Loader to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a
vital part of our operations, helping us ensure products are properly prepared and loaded for the
powder coating process while maintaining top-quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Powder Coat Front of Line Loader, your core responsibilities will include:
?? Hanging and loading parts onto the front of the powder coat line
?? Inspecting products for quality prior to loading and ensuring they meet standards
?? Coordinating with the Team Lead or Weld Shop Supervisor to maintain production
schedules
In addition, you will also be expected to follow company procedures, work safely and efficiently,
support team building, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
?? High school diploma or equivalent.
?? Knowledge of product packaging methods to ensure safe, secure shipments that meet
customer requirements.
?? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills:
?? Basic computer skills; proficiency with EPICOR ERP or similar systems.
?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills; open-minded, self-motivated, and
results-oriented with solid problem-solving ability.
?? Safe, efficient packaging of finished goods to minimize damage; accuracy and
completeness of packaged goods.
?? Teamwork and relationship-building; planning and organizing; professionalism and
integrity; results orientation.

Powder Coat Laborer
Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:00 AM–5:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Powder Coat Laborer to join our manufacturing team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll help prepare metal components for the powder coating process by loading parts, inspecting quality, and supporting production to ensure products meet company standards. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to safety and quality.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Powder Coat Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
Loading Parts: Hang and load metal components onto the powder coat line according to production schedules.
Quality Inspection: Inspect products before coating to ensure they meet company quality standards and are free of defects.
Material Handling: Safely move, stage, and organize materials throughout the production process.
Production Support: Work closely with production team members to maintain production flow and meet daily goals.
Equipment & Work Area Maintenance: Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and operating safely.
Continuous Improvement: Support team initiatives while following company policies and contributing to process improvements.
In addition, you will assist with other production duties as assigned while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing or powder coating experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
