Qualifications:
- Prior powder coating or spray painting experience required.
- Ability to stand through the whole shift.
- Able to do repetitive work.
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Read and understand work instructions.
- Willing to work in excess of 40 hours per week
The Powder Coater will be working in a manufacturing environment where they will be preparing material for painting (loading, unloading, lifting, and moving material), operate all painting equipment including spray guns / paint booth / ovens, clean and maintain paint equipment, and other duties as assigned. This position is a steady, medium to fast pace repetitive work environment. After your time with Workbox, you will be considered for hire-in!
