What You’ll Be Doing:
The Powder Coater will be working in a manufacturing environment where they will be preparing material for painting (loading, unloading, lifting, and moving material).
Your core responsibilities may include:
- Material Prep: Preparing material for painting (loading, unloading, lifting, and moving material).
- Equipment Operation: Operate all painting equipment including spray guns, paint booth, and ovens.
- Maintenance: Clean and maintain paint equipment.
- Other Duties: Performing other duties as assigned. This position is a steady, medium to fast pace repetitive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
- Qualifications:
- Prior powder coating or spray painting experience required.
- Ability to stand through the whole shift.
- Able to do repetitive work.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Read and understand work instructions.
- Willing to work in excess of 40 hours per week.
