Job Summary
Are you looking for a fresh opportunity with a growing company? A Spring Lake manufacturer specializing in powder coating metal parts is seeking reliable Powdercoat Painters to join their team on 1st shift. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position with opportunities for long-term employment. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Spray powder coat paint on parts according to company quality standards
- Ensure parts are properly hung on the powder coat paint line
- Inspect painted parts for quality and paint defects
- Remove finished parts from the hang line and package them into bins or crates
- Prepare completed products for shipment
- Load and unload parts on the production line
- Follow all operational, quality, and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift
- Ability to read and interpret written procedures, part numbers, and operational instruction sheets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
