Job Summary
We are hiring
a
Power Systems Assembly Team Lead
to support production and lead a team in a manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling electrical components, interpreting blueprints, and overseeing daily team operations to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support a team to meet daily production and quality goals
• Read blueprints and schematics to assemble electrical components and panels
• Perform wiring, assembly, and basic electrical testing (OHM testing)
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure efficient production
• Maintain production documentation and track performance
• Support training, coaching, and continuous improvement efforts
• Ensure safety standards and 5S practices are followed
• Read blueprints and schematics to assemble electrical components and panels

Qualifications
• High School Diploma required
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Assembly and wiring experience required
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
