Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a Press Operator to join our team in Sparta, MI. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations by helping run press equipment in a fast-paced environment where your work is valued and appreciated. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Press Operator, your key responsibilities will include loading and unloading paper by feeding large sheets into the press to keep production running smoothly, performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, dusty environment while maintaining focus and efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met through attention to detail. Additionally, you may be asked to assist with general production tasks and support team members as needed. What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Ability to lift 2–50 pounds, ability to bend, stoop, walk, and stand for 8–10 hours per day, willingness to work overtime as needed, and ability to take direction and stay self-motivated.
Skills: Basic math skills for measuring and counting, strong attention to detail to ensure product quality, and good dexterity for handling materials efficiently. Why Join Us?
