Job Summary
This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring press machines to produce high-quality die-cut materials used across industries such as automotive, medical, electronics, and more. The Press Operator will also assist with material handling, quality checks, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor press machines to produce die-cut materials according to specifications
- Perform setup, adjustments, and changeovers as required
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Read and follow production schedules and work orders
- Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
- Safely move materials using forklift (training available if needed)
- Keep work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Key Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift medium weight materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to read and interpret job orders and instructions
- Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Experience working with die-cutting or press machines a bonus
