We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Packer/Loader to join our team. In this role you’ll ensure that all rejected materials are either reworked or scrapped in accordance with L&W standards, helping maintain product quality and workflow efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

- Follow work assignments carefully and methodically, working independently when required.
- Complete all required documentation under the guidance of Quality Control and the Press Supervisor.
- Label and attach the appropriate tags to baskets, skids, and other containers to identify product categories (e.g., reject, good, non‑plated, etc.).
- Educate or train other associates as needed on proper labeling and handling procedures.
- Read and understand work standards, ensuring each task meets quality specifications.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications

- Prior experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or material‑handling environment (preferred).
- Ability to follow instructions and complete required paperwork accurately.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Skills

- Attention to detail for proper labeling, sorting, and documentation.
- Basic reading comprehension to interpret work standards and quality guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and support teammates when needed.
- Good communication skills for training and collaborating with coworkers.
