Job Summary:
Workbox Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join our client’s team in Portage. This position is directly responsible for ensuring that all machines are running, and all processes are in control and running to standard at all times.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for machine start-ups and ensuring machines are running at optimum efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machine, mold, and material problems to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Report to Manager any difficulties or problems requiring special attention.
- Accurately complete Process Verification and Tool Reports as required.

Job-Specific Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Plastic Injection Molding, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and machine control systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
