We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all machines are running, and all processes are in control and running to standard at all times.

Responsibilities for the Injection Molding Process Technician:

- Set up and operate injection molding machines to perform production operations
- Troubleshoot machine, mold, and material problems to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
- Ensure production of high-quality parts with minimal scrap
- Participate in die change activities and ensure proper care of all equipment
- Accurately complete Process Verification and Tool Reports as required
Requirements for the Injection Molding Process Technician:

- 2+ years of experience in plastic injection molding
- Experience with mold changes, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Ability to use measuring instruments and troubleshoot issues
- Understanding of machine control systems and process optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Work Environment:
