New Boston, MI
. In this role, you’ll primarily run parts on a machine at your assigned station, ensuring high-quality output in a clean, organized environment. Some prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a
Production Assembler
, your core responsibilities will include:
- Machine Operation: Run parts through your assigned station efficiently and accurately, monitoring the machine and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Material Handling: Load and unload parts, push/pull racks, and lift items up to 30 lbs.
- Workstation Maintenance:
Keep your area clean and organized to maintain efficiency and safety.
In addition, you will follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and assist with other station-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Some prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to mandatory overtime as needed.

- Attention to Detail: Ensure all parts processed meet quality standards.
- Dependability: Arrive on time and follow company attendance policies.
