Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Production Associate
to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of warehouse operations, helping to assemble, package, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently while contributing to a team that values leadership, innovation, and collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
Picking and packing daily orders: Accurately select and package products for shipment based on order specifications.
Operating warehouse equipment: Safely operate forklifts and other industrial equipment to move materials and prepare shipments.
Maintaining inventory accuracy: Assist with cycle counts, inventory tracking, and resolving any shipping or receiving discrepancies.
In addition, you will also be expected to help train team members and support process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
What We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations
Valid forklift certification/license required
Skills:Organization and multitasking: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
Physical capability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for up to 10 hours per shift.
