Join us and play a crucial role in our production process!
Responsibilities:
- Run multiple color-coded machines in the same general area, each with different run times, requiring frequent walking back and forth.
- Observe multiple machine operations simultaneously to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions.
- Stack, mark, pack, and transport finished work pieces to the dryer area.
- Inspect parts for defects.
- Weigh parts.
- Complete required paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to work in a hot and sometimes dirty environment.
- Comfortable with the smell of burning plastic/rubber.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work setting.
- Willingness to run multiple machines and perform frequent walking.
- Comfortable with direct and blunt communication from supervisors.
- Ability to climb ladders as needed.
As a Production Associate, you'll work in a hot, fast-paced warehouse, running multiple machines and doing a lot of walking. Duties include observing machines for defects, stacking and packing work pieces, inspecting and weighing parts, completing paperwork, and maintaining a clean work environment.
