Production Associate
Location: Shelby Twp, MI Shift: 2nd Shift (4pm-2:30am, Mon–Sat) Pay: $17/hr

What You’ll Be Doing
• Work in an automotive assembly production environment
• Assemble various automotive components, including electric vehicle battery trays
• Perform quality checks on completed parts
• Follow work instructions and production standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support additional production tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Automotive assembly experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable with repetitive assembly work
• Safety-conscious and dependable
