Production Associate, $17/hr – Jackson, MI
Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role in a
magnesium injection molding facility

Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work 5 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Thursday (Friday is an OT day if required)
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to quality and detail
- Ability to cross-train and adapt to multiple tasks
Skills:
- Unload magnesium injection molding machine
- Spray inside the machine before magnesium enters the mold to prevent sticking
- Inspect parts for quality as they come off the machine
- Sand parts to ensure smooth finish
- Trim defects and flash off parts
- Buff magnesium parts using a hand air buffer
- Conduct detailed inspections to identify defects
