Production Associate - 1st Shift - $17/hr - Jackson, MI
Join Our Team Working with Advanced Magnesium Injection Molding!
Responsibilities:
- Unload magnesium injection molding machine
- Inspect parts for quality as they come off the machine
- Smooth and finish parts by sanding and trimming defects
- Buff magnesium parts using a handheld air buffer for a polished finish
- Perform thorough inspections to catch any defects before final processing
- Handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs and maintain a safe, organized work area
Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to safely lift and handle parts up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail for quality inspection
- Comfortable working with magnesium molding processes
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and move throughout shift
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
